Our responsibilities included rebuilding the 3D model of 小睦 to make it suitable for animation and production. The updated model needed to maintain the character’s original charm while being optimized for clean, expressive motion. Once the model was approved, we worked closely with the production team to animate multiple scenes, syncing 小睦’s actions with live footage for a natural and engaging result.
One of the most technically challenging — and ultimately rewarding — scenes involved 小睦 flipping through a book. Though the action may appear simple, it required careful planning, precise hand animation, and attention to detail in simulating how each page would react. Achieving believable page dynamics and character interaction was a complex process, but it brought a high level of realism and personality to the final spot. It remains one of our favorite scenes in the entire project.
The completed TVC was published on YouTube and received over 14.8 million views, making it one of Centaline Property’s most widely viewed campaigns. The animation helped reinforce the brand’s identity and made 小睦 a memorable and lovable presence for audiences. We’re proud to have contributed to a project that blended technical precision with storytelling and reached such a broad and enthusiastic audience.
